Promising insights from Evidence in AI project shared with Nordic Medicine Agencies

Silvi took part in this year’s annual WGEMA seminar in Helsinki — the key meeting point for Nordic health authorities. CEO Tove Holm-Larsen presented early insights from the newly established “Evidence in an AI Age” partnership.
In collaboration with the Danish Medicines Council (DMC), Silvi is developing an AI-powered end-to-end network meta-analysis platform designed to accelerate evidence generation. The platform is currently being tested retrospectively on DMC guidelines, and initial results are promising. By the end of the year, DMC plans to use the platform to support evidence gathering for new guidelines.
The Working Group on Exchange of Information and Experiences in the Medicines Area (WGEMA) provides a forum for Nordic authorities to share knowledge and best practices across borders. Silvi's presentation of the innovative platform, part of the EVA project, sparked great interest among Nordic colleagues due to the strong focus on transparency and reproducibility when incorporating AI in scientific research.
