When you’re doing a review for the first time, there’s a lot to keep track of, and having everything in one platform that helped me stay organised was a huge help.

Being able to go straight back to the relevant passage in the article and see exactly which text the extracted data is based on is a major advantage. It makes the process both transparent and easy to verify.

I have now used Silvi in two review projects and expect to use it again in future reviews. The possibility to organise and tag studies throughout the review process, revisit them later, and generate both quantitative overviews and preliminary thematic insights made the work more efficient and transparent.

Silvi highlights data directly in PDFs, which makes its origin clear. This transparency helps me read faster while staying critical of the extracted data.

The Silvi meta-analysis feature eliminates an important source of errors: the constant back-and-forth between different documents and the manual transfer of numbers into another tool. There is no such issue with the Silvi tables, which is really great!
