Importing Papers from PubMed

Silvi is integrated with PubMed, which makes importing papers very convenient.

Search in PubMed

To import papers, first go to PubMed and make a search. Filter results and then click on "Advanced" under the search bar.

Scroll down and select the latest entry in History. Copy the search string.

Create project in Silvi

Go to Silvi and create a new project.

Import studies

Click on "Import studies." Select "Scientific database" and then PubMed. Paste the search string you copied from PubMed.

Click on "Save" and then "Fetch." Silvi will import all the studies from PubMed.
