How to Add Collaborators to a Project

Most literature reviews require a team effort. In Silvi you can add your collaborators to your project. In this guide you will see how

Inviting users

You can invite colleagues to your project from the project settings.

• Open your project in Silvi and click on the "Project" button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.

• Click on "Collaborators" and then "Add user."

• Enter the email address of your colleague and click on "Add user."

• Your colleague will be added as a collaborator. You can add multiple collaborators this way.

Choosing roles

Once you have added collaborators, you can choose if you want them to review titles/abstracts and/or full-text articles.

You can also make them the role of a Resolver if there is a conflict regarding a certain paper.

Assigning studies

You can also assign a certain number of papers to a collaborator.

• Click on "Assignment" and then toggle "Enable assignment."

• Choose how many studies you want to assign to a specific collaborator.

• Click on "Save changes" and then "Assign studies to users."

Required reviewers

When you have added multiple collaborators to a project, you can specify how many reviewers are required when screening studies.

You can choose to require as many reviewers you like. If you require double reviewing in your project, then a study cannot be screened until two reviewers made a decision. You can set the number of required reviewers both for title & abstract screening and/or for full text screening.

• Select "Screening." In the "Required users" option, you can select the number of reviewers you would like to screen title/abstract and/or full text of articles.

• The default option in Silvi is one decision per title/abstract and full text.

• You can also specify if decisions with different exclusion criterion should be treated as conflict or consensus.
