Auto Deduplication
When you import studies from multiple databases for your systematic review, Silvi automatically deduplicates them.
This feature will save you a lot of time and labor while doing systematic reviews.
Here's how the deduplication works in Silvi:
1. Let's say you imported studies from multiple databases, Embase, Cochrane, and PubMed in the case of the example below.
There might be several studies with duplicates that Silvi will deduplicate automatically.
2. To see the duplicates, click on the filter button and select "Studies with duplicates."
Then click on the "Show" button and it will show you all the studies with duplicates.
3. For every deduplicated study, Silvi will show you the number of duplicates in the top-right corner of its abstract.
Click on that button and it will show you the duplicates.
If you don't agree with Silvi's decision, you can click on "This is not a duplicate" and it will treat the two studies separately.
4. You can also manually deduplicate studies if you want to or if you think Silvi missed a study or two.
Select the studies you want to deduplicate and then click on the "Duplicate" button at the bottom.
